This hotel is basic for a 2 star-hotel and provides what is expected. It is rather clean on top of that, but slightly rundown in terms of furnishing. They provide private and gated parking, which was an advantage over the other hotels in a similar range. It is also next to a bird sanctuary.

The hotel has limited gated parking, check-in a bit slow, walking distance to nearby restaurant/bank/massage and etc. The bed not so comfortable and the toilet are very small.

The hotel is conveniently located in Batu Berendam Melaka. Just a short distance from many attraction places. Transportation such as ehailing is easilly accessible.I believe the hotel offer a great value for money. Overall stay is eccellent.

fulfilled my request to have room on higher floor, good view and away from lift. I got it all.
The room is cozy and comfort, king bed, good water pressure, warm shower & cold aircond.
no carpet on floor which is good ! so no unwanted smell from carpet.
came with tv, 2 toothbrush, toothpaste & shampoo, extra pillow, 2 water bottles, hair dryer, 2 towels & roll tissue.
Private parking with access card provided as well..
under the building / open space.

Mamak stall, Zus, KK, family mart, clinic, even Hap Seng & Kedai Emas ??
can reach many attractive places from here
10 minutes away from Aeon Mall & Melaka Mall.
We stay here together with other 4 families to spend time play in the pool the next morning, after pushbike night race @ aeon.

cons : the lift was down when we arrived, had to climb up to the highest floor with the luggages. My heart almost burst ..
the lift again was down when we wanted to go back to our room after swimming.

我一般不太会説一个酒店不太好，比竞大家都不容易。
但是从我一走进这个酒店的前台，感觉就不好。酒店坐落在一条小河沟边上，周围杂草很多。.酒店前台的大姐一边吃着零食边和我们办理入住。商在后麪一楼里。走进房间的过道没怎么打扫衞生，墙粉都掉了。开了门之后，我立马有种退房的感觉。床单可能回用次数多了，不白了。床头柜上有不明液体残留。马桶，洗脸盆我觉得不乾净。澡巾薄而且不吸水。因为我们订了三间房。所以第一天退不了了。貂住下去。
等吃了晚饭回来，发现有一个大蟑螂在我行李箱附近爬。一眨眼爬到牀头柜下方了。这一晚，我和衣躺了一晚上。定了两天，第二天直接房不住了。申请了两次退房，酒店都不允许。算了。直接退房

Small, clean room with excellent breakfast , very near location to the town, easily accessible restaurants nearby, a stop over to Sunday flea market

A pleasant place to stay and worth the price. Very fast and easy check-in check-out process. Hotel easy access and got many facilities nearby. Will consider to stay here again for the affordable price if I come to Melaka. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was definitely worth the price and overall, I had a pleasant stay. The facilities were comfortable, and the parking area was a big plus point – it was spacious and convenient, making it easy even for large vehicles like MPVs to park without any hassle. This added a lot of convenience to my trip.
That said, I do feel the cleanliness of the room could still be improved. While it wasn’t bad, a little extra attention to detail in housekeeping would make the experience even better. Apart from that, everything else met expectations and contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
For the price offered, I would say it is good value, and with just some improvements on cleanliness, this place would be an excellent choice for travelers.
